After being messed around by the original company, we went back to the drawing board and found Jake at Rennova Campers…so glad we did.

We already had the VW Crafter and a rough layout in mind, we talked it through with Jake and Ross and they added their own thoughts and ideas, which was super helpful. Jake kept us up to date with progress and continued to suggest improvements throughout the build.

We are absolutely thrilled with the finished van, everything is the highest spec and the quality and finish is superb. We found a couple of small snags on our first trip but spoke to Jake and he quickly got them sorted.

Just bought my first camper from Jacob. His customer service, help and knowledge were all top class. He quickly answered any queries or concerns I had.

Update: Unfortunately, I have had to lower my initial rating. While Jacob was highly responsive and helpful before the sale, this changed once the transaction was completed. Shortly after purchasing the van, I noticed that the front grille was damaged. Jacob assured me he would send a replacement, but despite repeated follow-ups and his promise, the part never arrived. He has also stopped responding to my messages. I’m very disappointed by this change in service after the sale.

This experience has been disappointing and has made me reconsider my original positive impression. It’s unfortunate when post-sale support falls short, especially when compared to the attentive service received during the buying process.

I can't speak highly enough about Jake and Rennova Campers! I turned up, with a list of specifications and a tight deadline and Jake was more than happy to oblige. He sourced the perfect VW van and they carried out the conversion to an amazing standard. Communication was excellent thoughout with lots of photos to keep me updated and I totally trusted them to get everything right.

We hired a camper off Jacob & the team and it was ace! Nothing was too much hassle for him, had everything we needed and he was on the end of the phone if we didnt know how to use/do something! All it did was further cement my absolute NEED for my own campervan … so will be taking it to Jacob for a renovation when i eventually buy one!!!
